Santoku


Classic Blade: Based on traditional European geometry. The Classic Blade is a combination of European styles. It more closely represents French design, with a smooth rocking action and tapered profile for excellent weight and feel. Santoku Blade: Blends traditional Japanese design features: a slightly thinner, harder, blade and "sheep's foot" top-line with a smooth rocking action and European style bolster.
